RD Glazing approached us in need of custom-coded software they could use internally to streamline the paperwork management of their company. Traditionally a paper-based company, all of their reporting was completed manually and required a lot of administration to manage and sort the paperwork to go to the relevant departments.

Solution

Using React JS we developed a responsive software for RD Glazing that has streamlined their internal processes, enabling their team to be able to complete reports electronically with digital signatures while on location. The software utilises offline capabilities through a queue system so that even without internet, the engineers are able to complete job reports which are uploaded to the system when internet signal is available.
